Is There A Guaranteed Way To Get Free Traffic To A Website?
Free Traffic? You may be thinking that it’s hard enough to get paid traffic, free traffic must be a myth. Lets face it, getting traffic to a website is one of the biggest issues online. Everyone needs traffic yet few know how to get it. It can be frustrating, time consuming and costly to figure out. Most people fail because they miss a few fundamentals. It’s really not their fault because it is really hard to find solid information on how to do it. Even then, it’s only one piece of the puzzle. There are loads of places you can pay to get traffic. PPC, Banner Ads, Paid Links are just a few types of paid advertising.
What you need is organic search traffic. OK, you may have heard that term before, but what is it? Quite simply it’s when someone types in a search in say Google, Yahoo or Bing and gets search results. Chances are, that’s how you found this article. When someone searches and finds your website, that’s organic traffic. When ever you search for something, look at how many results there are. Sometimes it can be tens of millions of pages. Will anyone ever see the listings past about the tenth page of the results? Unfortunately most people know too well how easy it is to be lost in all those search results.
How do those websites on the first page or two get there? Do you have any idea what being on the first page is worth? Companies spend big bucks to do it. The most amazing thing is people can do it free! I have seen countless people get on the front page in the first month they are live. They even beat large companies who have been on the web for years. How?
About two years ago I was asking myself the same question. I eventually compiled some good information and found out what those few fundamentals are that can get you on the first page of Google. Recently I sold several website for a good profit after making a good income with them for a while. When I put the websites for sale, people kept asking me how did you get that kind of traffic and sales in the first month? They were skeptical. They thought it’s not possible unless I was spending out a lot of money for advertising. The fact is, I didn’t spend a dime!
Here is an overview of the process:
1. Find keywords that have enough searches, yet low enough competition.
2. Utilize those keywords correctly.
3. Get those keywords out there and linked to you site.
4. Watch your stats increase.
